Сферу надає ФОП Стець Сергій Петрович (Україна). Він вирішує, як обробляються дані в Сфері, і відповідає за це. З усіх питань про дані пишіть на [email protected].

Сфера - робочий інструмент наставника з профорієнтації підлітків. Він допомагає підготуватися до зустрічей з учнем і обґрунтувати поради щодо професії. Якщо Сферою користується організація, що проводить програму наставництва, за дані своїх учнів відповідає й вона, а ми обробляємо їх за її дорученням.

Які дані ми збираємо

Про наставників та інших користувачів

• Ім'я та email з облікового запису Google, яким ви входите.
• Мову інтерфейсу і фото профілю, якщо ви його додали, а також особистий підпис, якщо ви додали його до 30.10.2026.
• Якщо ви адміністратор організації, то підпис, яким організація підписує підсумкові звіти, та ім’я того, хто підписує, якщо ви їх додали.
• Скільки роботи штучного інтелекту використано, щоб рахувати ліміти.
• Підключені Google Календар і Zoom, якщо ви їх підключили. Ключі доступу до них зберігаються зашифрованими.

Про учнів

Ці дані вносить наставник, куратор або сам учень у своєму кабінеті:

• ім'я, вікову групу (не дату народження) і стать;
• якщо учень зареєструвався сам: ім'я та email його облікового запису Google, коли та на яких умовах дано згоду, і до яких організацій він подав заявки, із датами й рішеннями;
• email учня, лише якщо наставник надсилає запрошення на зустріч;
• листування учня з куратором, зокрема те, що написане у Сфері, коментарі до навчальних модулів, результати тестів (скриншоти і бали);
• розшифровки зустрічей, нотатки наставника текстом і голосом, голосові записи, які учень надіслав зі свого кабінету, і його позначки до завдань («У роботі», «Зроблено»);
• висновки, питання й звіти, які Сфера робить із цього.

Про батьків

Те, що батьки пишуть через посилання для родини: відгук, повідомлення наставнику, запит на повернення коштів. Якщо куратор запросив батьків до чату: ім'я та email їхнього облікового запису Google і те, що вони там пишуть. Ці повідомлення читають куратор і наставник, а модель штучного інтелекту читає їх разом з іншими матеріалами про учня.

Ми навмисно не збираємо дати народження, адреси, назви шкіл і дані про здоров'я. Якщо учень сам напише щось таке в листуванні, це зберігається так, як він написав.

Додаток на телефоні

Додатки для Android та iOS - для наставників і адміністраторів. Вони показують ті самі дані, що й сайт. На телефоні лишаються вхід у ваш акаунт, зашифрований ключем самого телефону, і налаштування (мова, тема).

• Вхід. Через Google, у браузері телефону. Пароль від Google додаток не бачить.
• Мікрофон. Лише коли ви самі диктуєте нотатку. Запис лежить у закритій пам'яті додатка лише до відправлення на наш сервер.
• Відбиток пальця або Face ID. Перевіряє сам телефон, ми їх не отримуємо.
• Файли. Лише ті, які ви самі обрали, наприклад картку учня.
• Сповіщення. Якщо ви їх увімкнете, адреса телефону для сповіщень передається Google Firebase. Текст сповіщення зашифровано так, що Google його не прочитає.

У додатку немає реклами й сторонньої аналітики. Даних учнів він на телефоні не зберігає і журналів не веде.

Навіщо

Щоб наставник краще зрозумів інтереси й сильні сторони учня, підготувався до кожної зустрічі і склав підсумковий звіт з рекомендаціями. Дані наставників потрібні, щоб надавати їм сервіс. Ми не продаємо дані і не використовуємо їх для реклами.

Штучний інтелект

• Матеріали читає модель штучного інтелекту. Вона пропонує спостереження, питання до наступної зустрічі та професії, які варто розглянути.
• Перед тим як текст іде до моделі, ми замінюємо ім'я учня та імена інших учасників розмов на умовні позначки. Скриншоти й голосові записи так змінити не можна, тому вони передаються як є.
• Жодного рішення не ухвалює машина. Наставник чи куратор перевіряє кожен висновок, а звіт стає готовим лише після того, як хтось із них його затвердить.

Хто бачить дані

• Наставник учня і наставники, яких він запросив працювати з учнем разом. Інші наставники його даних не бачать. У кожній організації Сфери на учня заведена окрема картка, і дані однієї організації не потрапляють до іншої. Батьки, яких запросив куратор, бачать лише те, що написано у їхньому чаті у Сфері; учень - лише те, що написано у його чаті у Сфері.
• Якщо учень зареєструвався сам і подав заявку до організації, адміністратори й куратори цієї організації бачать лише його ім'я, email і дату заявки, щоб її розглянути. Інші наставники й інші організації заявки не бачать. Коли організація прийняла заявку або учня запросили за посиланням, його ім'я, email і дату реєстрації бачать наставники цієї організації, щоб хтось із них узяв його.
• Адміністратори Сфери: акаунти; відгуки й запити на повернення коштів від родин; повідомлення про помилки з консолі; дані учня лише щоб виконати запит на копію чи видалення.
• Куратор організації, якого додав адміністратор: має ті самі права, що й наставник, щодо всіх учнів своєї організації: читає й веде їхні сторінки, зокрема картку, чати учня й батьків, нотатки й підготовку, може передати учня іншому наставнику. Також отримує від наставника короткий звіт після зустрічі, якщо наставник його надішле.
• Комп'ютер наставника, якщо наставник увімкнув локальний режим: тоді частину нотаток читає модель штучного інтелекту на його Mac, а не в хмарі.
• Сервіси, через які працює Сфера:
  • Anthropic (США): модель штучного інтелекту. Не навчає моделі на цих даних і видаляє їх протягом 30 днів;
  • Google: вхід, календар, пошта, сповіщення на телефон, сховище файлів (якщо ввімкнено); розпізнавання голосу лише тоді, коли наш сервер не може (наприклад, запис довший за вісім хвилин або сервер зайнятий чи не працює);
  • Zoom: онлайн-зустрічі, якщо наставник їх підключив;
  • Telegram: якщо наставник працює через бот Сфери, матеріали лишаються в його чаті;
  • Oracle Cloud: сервер і база даних у Франкфурті (Німеччина). Голосові записи сервер переводить у текст сам;
  • Cloudflare: мережа, через яку працює сайт;
  • Google Fonts: шрифти сайту, тож браузер відвідувача звертається до Google;
  • GitHub: опис помилки, про яку повідомили з консолі, без тексту повідомлення й без імен;
  • сховище відео експертів (Cloudflare R2 або Bunny), якщо його ввімкнено.

Частина цих компаній обробляє дані за межами України та Європейського Союзу. У запрошенні на зустріч, у календарі наставника і в Zoom стоїть ім'я учня.

Правова підстава

• Дані наставників і адміністраторів - щоб надавати сервіс, яким вони користуються.
• Дані учнів - за згодою: учня, якому виповнилося 14 років, або його батьків чи опікунів. Згоду можна відкликати будь-коли, написавши на [email protected].
• Повідомлення батьків - за їхньою згодою, яку вони дають, коли пишуть.

Діти

Сфера працює з підлітками, тому дані дітей ми бережемо особливо. Учень, молодший за 14 років, користується Сферою лише зі згоди батьків чи опікунів. Учень бачить у своєму кабінеті лише дати зустрічей, завдання, напрями, якими поділився наставник, і свій чат із куратором. Нотаток, спостережень і звітів він там не бачить. Додатки на телефоні призначені для дорослих: наставників і адміністраторів.

Як довго ми зберігаємо дані

Доки існує акаунт або доки ви не попросите видалити дані. Після видалення вони ще до 5 тижнів лишаються в зашифрованих резервних копіях, а потім зникають і звідти. Журнали сервера зберігаються до 30 днів і не містять того, що пишуть учні чи наставники.

Як ми захищаємо дані

Усі з'єднання зашифровано (HTTPS). Наставник бачить лише своїх учнів, куратор - лише учнів свого проєкту. Резервні копії зашифровано, а ключ до них зберігається не на сервері. База даних недоступна з інтернету.

Ваші права

Ви можете отримати копію даних, виправити неточне, попросити видалити дані, обмежити обробку або заперечити проти неї, відкликати згоду. Напишіть на [email protected]. Ми відповімо протягом 30 днів. Ви також можете звернутися до Уповноваженого Верховної Ради України з прав людини.

Видалення акаунта

Щоб видалити свій акаунт і дані, напишіть на [email protected] з тієї пошти, якою входите в Сферу, з темою «Видалити акаунт». Протягом 30 днів ми відпишемо вам і зробимо так:

• якщо в акаунті немає учнів і записів, видалимо його повністю;
• якщо ви експерт, разом з акаунтом видалимо ваші курси, уроки й відео у відеосервісі, а також оцінки ваших курсів і запити на контакт від наставників;
• якщо ви працювали з учнями, спершу домовимося, передати їх іншому наставнику чи видалити їхні дані. Ваші нотатки й рішення лишаються в записах учнів, яких передано іншому наставнику, під вашим ім'ям, щоб наступний наставник знав, чиї слова читає: це частина історії учня, і вони видаляються разом з даними учня. Тому акаунт лишиться з вашим ім'ям, але ним ніхто не зможе увійти, а все інше ми видалимо: адресу пошти і вхід через Google, фото профілю, підпис, підключення календаря, Zoom і Telegram, ваші повідомлення експертам, оцінки курсів і звернення «Повідомити про проблему».

Після видалення можна знову зареєструватися з тією самою адресою, але це буде новий акаунт. Зашифровані резервні копії зберігаються ще до 5 тижнів.

Учень або батьки можуть так само попросити видалити акаунт учня. Якщо учень уже працює з наставником, разом з акаунтом ми видалимо всі дані учня. Про таке видалення лишається запис без імені й змісту.

Зміни

Якщо ця політика зміниться, ми оновимо дату вгорі сторінки, запишемо тут, що було і що стало, а про суттєві зміни повідомимо користувачів у Сфері.

Who we are

Sphere is provided by Sergii Stets, sole proprietor (FOP), Ukraine, who decides how data is processed in Sphere and is responsible for it. Write to [email protected] about anything to do with your data.

Sphere is a working tool for a mentor who guides teenagers in choosing a career. It helps the mentor prepare for meetings with a student and ground their advice. When an organisation running a mentoring programme uses Sphere, it is also responsible for its students' data, and we process it on its behalf.

What data we collect

About mentors and other users

• Name and email from the Google account you sign in with.
• Interface language and a profile picture if you add one, and a personal signature if you added one before 30.10.2026.
• If you administer an organisation, the signature the organisation signs its final reports with and the name of who signs, if you add them.
• How much artificial-intelligence work was used, to count limits.
• A connected Google Calendar and Zoom, if you connect them. Their access keys are stored encrypted.

About students

Entered by the mentor, the curator, or the student in their own cabinet:

• name, age band (not a date of birth) and sex;
• if the student signed up themselves: the name and email of their Google account, when and to what wording consent was given, and which organisations they applied to, with the dates and decisions;
• the student's email, only when the mentor sends a meeting invitation;
• the student's messages with the curator, comments on learning modules, test results (screenshots and scores);
• meeting transcripts, the mentor's notes in text and voice, voice recordings the student sent from their cabinet, and their marks on tasks («In progress», «Done»);
• the observations, questions and reports Sphere draws from them.

About parents

What parents write through the family link: a review, a message to the mentor, a refund request. If a curator invited a parent to a chat: the name and email of their Google account and what they write there. The curator and the mentor read these messages, and the artificial-intelligence model reads them with the rest of the student's material.

We do not collect dates of birth, addresses, schools or health data on purpose. If a student writes something like that in a message, it is kept as they wrote it.

The phone app

The Android and iOS apps are for mentors and administrators. They show the same data as the website. What stays on the phone is your sign-in, encrypted with the phone's own key, and your settings (language, theme).

• Sign-in. With Google, in the phone's browser. The app never sees your Google password.
• Microphone. Only while you dictate a note yourself. The recording stays in the app's private storage only until it is sent to our server.
• Fingerprint or Face ID. Checked by the phone itself; we never receive them.
• Files. Only those you choose, such as a student's card.
• Notifications. If you turn them on, the phone's notification address goes to Google Firebase. The notification text is encrypted so that Google cannot read it.

The app has no ads and no third-party analytics. It keeps no student data on the phone and writes no logs.

Why

So the mentor understands a student's interests and strengths better, prepares for each meeting and writes a final report with recommendations. Mentors' data is needed to provide them the service. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

Artificial intelligence

• An artificial-intelligence model reads the material. It suggests observations, questions for the next meeting and professions worth considering.
• Before text goes to the model, we replace the student's name and the names of other people in the conversation with placeholders. Screenshots and voice recordings cannot be changed this way, so they are sent as they are.
• No decision is made by a machine. The mentor or the curator checks every conclusion, and a report is final only once one of them approves it.

Who sees the data

• The student's mentor, and mentors they invited to work with the student. Other mentors do not see it. Each Sphere organisation keeps its own separate card for a student, and one organisation's data does not reach another. Parents a curator invited see only what was written in their own chat in Sphere; the student only what was written in theirs.
• If a student signed up themselves and applied to an organisation, that organisation's administrators and curators see only their name, email and the date of the application, in order to review it. Other mentors and other organisations do not see the application. Once the organisation has accepted it, or the student was invited by a link, that organisation's mentors see their name, email and sign-up date, so that one of them can take them on.
• Sphere's administrators: accounts; families' reviews and refund requests; error reports sent from the console; a student's data only to fulfil a request for a copy or deletion.
• The organisation's curator, added by its administrator: has the same rights as the mentor over all the organisation's students: reads and works on their pages, the card, the student's and the parents' chats, notes and preparation included, and can pass a student to another mentor. They also receive a short report after a meeting, if the mentor sends it.
• The mentor's own computer, if the mentor turned on local mode: some notes are then read by an artificial-intelligence model on their Mac rather than in the cloud.
• The services Sphere runs on:
  • Anthropic (USA): the artificial-intelligence model. It does not train models on this data and deletes it within 30 days;
  • Google: sign-in, calendar, email, phone notifications, file storage (if turned on); speech recognition only when our server cannot (for example, a recording over eight minutes, or the server busy or down);
  • Zoom: online meetings, if the mentor connects it;
  • Telegram: if the mentor works through Sphere's bot, material stays in their chat;
  • Oracle Cloud: the server and database in Frankfurt (Germany). The server turns voice recordings into text itself;
  • Cloudflare: the network the website runs through;
  • Google Fonts: the website's fonts, so a visitor's browser contacts Google;
  • GitHub: a description of an error reported from the console, with no text of the report and no names;
  • storage for experts' videos (Cloudflare R2 or Bunny), if it is turned on.

Some of these companies process data outside Ukraine and the European Union. A meeting invitation, the mentor's calendar and Zoom carry the student's name.

Legal basis

• Mentors' and administrators' data: to provide the service they use.
• Students' data: consent, given by a student aged 14 or over, or by their parents or guardians. It can be withdrawn at any time by writing to [email protected].
• Parents' messages: their consent, given when they write.

Children

Sphere works with teenagers, so we take particular care of children's data. A student under 14 uses Sphere only with a parent's or guardian's consent. In their cabinet a student sees only meeting dates, tasks, directions the mentor shared and their own chat with the curator; never notes, observations or reports. The phone apps are meant for adults: mentors and administrators.

How long we keep data

For as long as the account exists, or until you ask for the data to be deleted. After deletion it stays in encrypted backups for up to 5 weeks, then is gone from there too. Server logs are kept up to 30 days and contain nothing students or mentors write.

How we protect data

Every connection is encrypted (HTTPS). A mentor sees only their own students, a curator only the students of their project. Backups are encrypted, and their key is kept off the server. The database cannot be reached from the internet.

Your rights

You can get a copy of the data, correct what is wrong, ask for it to be deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw consent. Write to [email protected]; we answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

Deleting an account

To delete your account and data, write to [email protected] from the address you sign in to Sphere with, with the subject «Delete my account». Within 30 days we write back and do this:

• an account with no students and no records is deleted completely;
• if you are an expert, your courses, lessons and videos at the video service are deleted with the account, and so are the ratings of your courses and mentors' contact requests;
• if you worked with students, we first agree with you whether they go to another mentor or their data is deleted. Your notes and decisions stay in the records of students handed to another mentor, under your name, so the next mentor knows whose words they read: they are part of the student's history, and are deleted with the student's data. So the account stays with your name, but nobody can sign in with it, and everything else is deleted: the email address and the Google sign-in, the profile picture, the signature, the Calendar, Zoom and Telegram connections, your messages to experts, your course ratings and your problem reports.

After deletion you can register again with the same address, as a new account. Encrypted backups are kept for up to 5 more weeks.

A student or their parents can ask for the student's account to be deleted the same way. If the student already works with a mentor, we delete all of the student's data together with the account. Such a deletion leaves a record with no name and no content.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of the page, record here what it said and what it says now, and tell users in Sphere about significant changes.
